I think most photographers are great, I've never met anyone who wasn't. You get what you paid for, in photos and in everything else. I would say that Wal-Mart is the cheapest and basic so that's the one to go with if it's what you want. The higher priced ones, you get photos that are higher class. My friend Samantha Jones from TayJo Photography did our photos a few years ago and she was amazing!!! The photos were great, she did backgrounds, different effects, etc. Plus we got the CD of all the prints so we can print out own copies anytime, which is a big money saver.
