Try taxi-berlin.de 030/202020, for example. But virtually every company will provide childs seats if you ask them. Just call and order the cab a few hours early and describe what you need. Most will have a simple Sitzerhöhung (google it) instead of a full seat, good enough for kids from 3-4 years, so ask for a complete seat if you need one.

theres more or less only one taxi company in berlin, technically its three - but they are owned by the same person you can be unlucky with your driver - but usually if you order by phone and say what you need, you wont have a problem
