Inverness is pretty lucky to have a few good Yoga and Pilate instructors , we have Hazel Marr with us , Russell Deacon , the team at http://www.pilatesinverness.com/index.html for Pilates , we also run Body Balance classes which are ok too , have you been to see about it and they have recommended this approach ?

Carole Robertson from balloch is a physio (private) but her sister does yoga, it's the type that uses blocks etc though. I know there's a,lady that used to work at dw from snowfall....for the life of me I can't remember her name but she was great at showing the technique and didn't feel so softly softly as some classes do, and she does get good results...I'd recommend asking about her first.
