My Arab had the same problem, went thru many shoers who fixed the problem with special shoes, pads all very $$$$. My guy had no heal to speak of and very flat footed so natural balance with wedges was the answer for them. Ken J. Taube from Silver Ridge had fixed the problem in less than a year. He now wear simple slippers with no pad! While he will always be a bit flat footed (you can't change genetics) he has normal heal and is a ton happier and moves out great.
