Dr. Salvador Berando in Freehold. Just moved to a new office in freehold . He a good doctor for diabetes and other issues like that. Loved him but insurance I have doesn't accept it.

Heather Dr Kenneth Eng is a name dropped a lot for a primary in my moms club. He is over by Centra State. Also Dr Miah Kim is a good doctor as well. Not sure about the insurances though.

Not in Freehold, but I use Riverview Medical Associates in Tinton Falls. I've seen Dr. Grabowy and Dr. Gardilla in the practice. They don't have evenings, but do have Saturdays. Many times I have been able to get same day appts. They also have a lot of specialists in the practice.

Dr Marc Devito in little silver does not fit really any of your criteria for a primary care dr however he is the best my family has gone to. He is more into being proactive with your health and fixes chronic diseases through diet and life style. He may be worth taking to for your auto immune disease. If you want more info let me know.
