Like Anthropologie/Macys, West Elm during non-sale times is expensive-o, but if you have time to wait a month or two for a sale, they're fantastic. They frequently go 50% off everything...sometimes more. Ken got a piece of furniture from them during a sale for a steal this past summer, and the quality is really amazing. Very sturdy and strong just like how things used to be made. Heavy. Great if you're looking for something with at least 5 years of heavy use + kiddos. If you're looking for something to tie you over inbetween couches, we have these: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/S29896866/ from IKEA and they're surprisingly comfy. Long enough for a comfy nap and non-picky overnight guests...amazing for movie nights!
