Clinton Station Diner is my vegan go to place! Their veggie burgers are very good! They have many veggie options and a great salad bar with all types of different salads. Also Black and Blue has some vegan options as well, though I've never gone there.

This was a tough one! After a little research, I found 2 places that fit your criteria. Marhaba Middle Eastern Restaurant in Lambertville and Caffe Galleria. Personally I prefer Caffe Galleria.
