I know an artist's name is Rain James Lee TwoWolves, I am his scheduler. He works at Solomon's Porch Tattoo off Shaw and 99. Depends what you want, a few good people I've been to are Josh at Bound By Tradition Tattoo in tower, super clean lines, Noe and Josh at Contra Tattoo, and Reno at High Class Tattoo, here are some of mine from them. The top ones cost me $50 each, and the other was $200 and took 3 ish hours.
