Can anyone recommend a good Endodontist? Hey, so I just had a root canal on one of my back upper molars a couple weeks ago. My dentist usually does the root canals...

Dr Orrick or dr wedding on ballas. They're awesome...only pain was from the device that holds your mouth open. Didn't feel a thing and they did great work.

Dr. Cyr at Southwest Endodontics. Phone number is 314-822-2210. The receptionist, Carol is so nice, and Dr. Cyr is personable and right to the point. He completed my apicoectomy with no issue whatsoever and addressed all of my concerns. It might be a little bit of a hike but it's worth it, there are unfortunately a lot of quack dental practitioners out there!

If you're not in immediate pain, you may want to look into the SLU Center for Advanced Dental Education. They have an endo program there, and they do really incredible work - most likely because there's a faculty member supervising. I've had three root canals done there. Whatever you do, though, do NOT go to Mark Berg. I've been warned against going to him by several people independent from one another - one of them was a dentist. A person I know who has gone to him told me he works on several patients at once, and seems to be in a rush.

I've heard good things from a friend who used [West County Endodontics](https://local.yahoo.com/info-17712710-roach-r-patrick-dds-west-county-endodontics-limited-st-louis)...
