You will need a contractor to come in and do a heat loss analysis, and even then this will be a project on the order of light commercial (likely 20-30 tons of cooling).

Is this for a one off event or is it a permenant fixture?? For one off you could go with this: http://www.airpacinc.com/portable-applications/portable-air-conditioning-for-outdoor-events/barn-air-conditioning-and-heating For perm install with central AHU and ducting, you will need to get it as air tight as possible. Also need to consider high ceilings. Special Diffusers are required for these type of applications to get the cool air supply down to occupants

You need to spend a few bucks and have an engineer draw up plans...... I would never design something that complicated just for a chance of getting the job..... aka no free estiment on some thing like this
