P.s. Hair design in frostburg. That's where I got mine done and I think foil is around $50 dollars and the cap is around $30. She does really good!

Linda Clark at Salon Neauveau 301-729-5305. I and my wife and most of our friends love her. She is a performer with solid skills and reasonable prices. Right across from Western Sizzlin' Steakhouse.

Jasmina Vasic. She works from her home on Braddock Road, near Lion's Field. I've been to the big names (Danny Davis, Mr. Alan's, La Bella Vita... She's the best & her prices are competitive. The best part? It has been a YEAR since I've had my haircut and it still holds style when I don't have it covered in hijab!
