I've seen easily half a dozen physios in my time and probably got on best with Megan at [Fit Again Sports Therapy](https://www.fitagainsportstherapy.com/). Used to be at the Leys school but I think works more near the Cambridge United stadium now (or did pre-covid). For context, I blew my knee out (total ACL, partial MCL, LCL, some meniscus, few other bits and pieces) with sports, and saw her a year or two after I had my reconstruction, trying to get back to proper competition. Went really well until someone else landed on me.

I recommend physiofit. They've helped me out twice now with two bouts of tendonitis in different areas. The first bout they took me from almost not being able to walk to doing several hour walks. Absolutely amazing and the prices are good value (£65 for initial session and £40 thereafter)

Hi, I don't have ADHD but have a myriad of other mental health problems. I waited 5 years to be able to see a psychiatrist because all the different GP's dismissed me. The only one who's ever listened to me and got me a referral was Dr Darcy at Woodlands surgery on Bateman Street, so I highly recommend her.

We weren't able to register without our NHS number. Luckily I had my medical card with me, but friends of mine were told to come back when they had it. Granted we went during a busy time, but it would help. If you call your local GP surgery (the one you're alrady registered with), they should be able to tell you it.
