They do at least a couple shoots a week at R&L Digital Photo Lab on W. 5 th Avenue in Grandview. They hire professional and semi-professional models and make-up artists for the sessions. It's a great group to join for education and portfolio-building.:-)

Matt should talk with Tina Lawson at work. She does many different types of photography including weddings I think. She also knows another lady that does event photography on the side.

Heather Claypool Photography and Courtney Mason Photography. Heather was the photographer at my wedding, as well as my husband's sister's last year. She's great, and I think reasonably priced. Also Courtney Mason was the second shooter at my wedding, and shot a friend's wedding last year. She takes amazing photos as well, I recommend both of them!
