First of all, dump Norton. Download Microsoft Security Essentials for antivirus and download and run Malewarebytes. We use Uverse and DirectTV and have no issues.

Do it yourself. Backup any important documents, pictures, music, etc... to an external hard drive. Reinstall Windows .... Done

Depending on what is needing to be done my husband Kyle Neal does work on computers. He used to be Geek Squad at BestBuy and now works at Electronic Express in Gallatin.

Complete computer shop on S. Water. (615) 442-3347 I have used them and they were quick and reasonable. And right behind my house! Lol I have also used American Computer across from Wendys.

Yes! Go to American Computer Services at 240 west main street. It's next to Firestone. 615-451-4985. We've been open for nearly 25 years. We handle all computer related issues, sell computers and laptops, work on some tablets, and we do taxes. Go in a see Charles, hes the best. Hours are Monday through Friday 8 - 5 ; Saturday 10 - 2 ; Closed Sunday. Hope this helps!
