Advanced DDS inside the Roosevelt field Parking area across the street from Bobby Burger Palace 200 Garden City Plaza 516 825-1100 Very caring and great with kids. The kids have their own waiting room and get an IPad to use while they're seeing the dentist They also have a coffee bar set up for the adults (coffee & espresso for free) as well as a stocked fridge with various sparkling water and bottled water all free for the patients and caretakers. They do monthly raffles and all new patients receive a free gift on their first appointment. They even take you on a tour and let the kids see all the rooms and help put them at ease before they see the dentist.

I take my son to island dental right on hempstead turnpike, and while it's not specifically labeled as pediatric, they are PHENOMENAL with him. They took my very anxious little boy and made him feel totally at ease, put on cartoons for him during his exam and cleaning, and took the time to explain everything to him in a manner that was very age-appropriate. We see Dr. Goldenberg, he's great!

Dr. Maccaro in Williston Park takes some insurances and is very good.

My son loves Dr. Maccaro, and my son really gets horrified when the word "dentist" is mentioned. And yes, he takes some insurance.
