Caromont psychiatric and also for psychologist Tom Williamson at First ARP church in Gastonia I have the same issue and go to both they are wonderful. First ARP number is 7048643468 it's much cheaper than anyone else in town. Tom charges me $10 to see him.

Kelly Saylor at healing solutions in Charlotte! I've been seeing her for about 4 or 5 years! Idk your religion but she's a Christian counselor but has her masters in psychology and a master's in theology! Even if your not a christian, she won't push her beliefs and she is very good! I've suffered with depression, anxiety, bipolar and ocd

Methodist Counseling Center is great. One of the therapists is out of the Methodist church in Gastonia on Oakland. They accept BCBS.
