My hubby and I were married at Branell Homestead about 18 months ago and used Carys Catering. Nice people, good range of menu choices and very cost effective. Just a tip: make sure you add in the travel fee from catering companies then divide by the number of guests to get a price per head for accurate comparison. We found travel charge to Laidley varied widely. Don't forget to investigate Ipswich catering companies not just Toowoomba. We hired a lot from Ipswich as their travel fee was less than from Toowoomba. Hope this helps. Enjoy every moment of your special day - I LOVE that venue. Absolutely beautiful.
