I'm not sure if this practice is the way to go but it is another contact you could at least investigate. We took our son here to see Matthew brewer at williamstown physiotherapy as our son took a long time to crawl and walk but he is not a preemie http://www.williamstownphysiotherapy.com.au/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=5&Itemid=2

We also saw Matthew Brewer at Williamstown for our 24 weeker when he was 5 to help with core strength. Was impressed with the fun and practical programme he used to help.
