When purchasing a house go with Mr. Home Inspector. He was awesome but not so much if you are the one selling. He finds almost everything and was a very reasonable price. http://www.mr-home-inspector.com/ I say not so much when selling because he finds everything and you don't want him to find all the bad stuff about your current house. But you want to know everything when buying.
