if you want good and cheap, rent the hall and outsourced from outside. I did my wedding with 63 tables at Han Chiang High School and book a caterer (ah thiam from bat lanchang)...overall, i was pleased with the food and the service provided...

Ocean Green Seafood Restaurant facing sea (behind Paramount colonial style hotel). Good view whilst having lunch or dinner. Narrow road entrance exactly opposite AMBANK building along Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah (one way) from Gurney Driver to Georgetown, Penang Island. Cheaper than Bali Hai at Gurney Drive. Good food.

美湖？Wing Kong Lee, 对吗？ 从bayan lepas飞机场去直走到Teluk Kumbar。 然后到了Teluk Kumbar那边有两条路，直走是去Balik Pulau的，转左是去美湖（Gertak Sanggul），然后就转左。 直走大概五分钟这样，就会走山路。山路大概会花十分钟这样。 过了山路就会看到Gertak Sanggul 的招牌。然后就直走到尾端。 就会看到小小的警察局，在走上一点然后转右就到了。。
