Definitely Edible Delights for the cake. Regarding face painter, Jessica Biffis is amazing! And for balloons, party balloons and gifts, on Main Street. Sorry I can not link on my tablet to the Edible Delights page but their info is, 130 Guelph Street, Georgetown. 905-873-2228. I will be working there tomorrow, but you would be best to speak directly to Victoria Julien. She will be in on Wednesday, or you can contact her through the fb page. So, party balloons does not have a fb page. But they are on main street and very easy to find. Right near Shepherds Crook.
