Hey Megan i could babysit your daughter if you don't mind bringing her over to my house. I have an 30 month old boy and almost 4 year old girl and a11 years old boy. We do have a dog. I was working in Germany as an kindergarten teacher for 5 years before we had to move because of pcs move. If you want somebody too come to your house, i would recommend to look on care.com.

I've had great luck with care.com. It's more expensive, but they are background checked and you can find someone who is trained with special needs. My son has autism too and I've always had good luck with them!
