I go to Dr. Moore on the corner of 202 and Taylorsville. Straightening me out in short order and when he says "you may feel bad tomorrow" I really haven't felt it yet. I don't know about gentle and such, but effective is #1 to me. I have 2 other friends who swear by him too.
