I have a jeweler I have used for over a decade but they are in St Thomas. No tax and inexpensive shipping and much less expensive than any store here- like 1/3-1/2 the price. When i order something from them when I am home (meaning in Arizona) we correspond thru emailed pictures. It's called Tommys Jewelers in Charlotte Amalie. I work with Karishna. She's great. You can bargain with them too. Don't accept the first price they give.
