Anyone know of a B&B in Gillingham? Jaclyn's is closed until December
Julie H. replied:
There is Slait Farm just off of the Wincanton road at Stock. Not Gillingham, but, The White Lion at Bourton, The George Inn at Mere and The Kings Arms at East Stour are all very good.

Any recommendations for accommodation in New Forest? Be it self-catering or b&b?

Hyde Farm B&b every time! Beautiful 1 bed detached cottage in owners land. I stayed there for months two years ago whilst I was working that way. Lovely. Christine, the owner is amazing and always made me a cake, lit the log burner and provided wine once a week . The area is lovely too. Nice roll top bath, log Burner and great pubs in walking distance

Hi. Does anyone know of a room to let in the local area (or near Frome which would be even better) or could recommend a B&B - It is only for six weeks, starting ASAP
Emily H. replied:
Hi Hayley, it is my Mum's cousin's daughter (who I don't know but she is family!) who has a placement at Frome hospital for 6 weeks.) It starts next week and as yet she has not found anywhere to stay so may have to commute (think they are in minehead) Have no idea about their budget - I will ask x
Can anyone recommend a local campsite for a 2 man tent for this weekend or very cheap bed and breakfast? (Needs to be in or around Gillingham please). Thank you :)
