We used RE Robertson as well for our AC and they were awesome. I was a new customer and they didn't ask me for a CC #

Thanks folks for all of the suggestions. Rich, it was definitely RE Robertson. I searched the forum and saw that a lot of people recommended them in the past so I called them first. But, something about the "we need your credit card number because you are a new customer" rubbed me the wrong way. I generally get turned off pretty quick when a vendor dictates things I need to do in order to do business with them, plus, it simply didn't make any sense. They haven't even done any work for me yet and they need my credit card? Why? I decided to give Richard's Oil Burner service a try, I found that they also get a lot of recommendations in the forum. Thanks again everyone.
