First please be very careful when removing the dishwasher toe panel aka kick plate if you suspect a leak. Also verify that the Dishwasher is in fact on its own breaker. I've been in many houses where multiple kitchen appliances were connected to one breaker. My number is 516-606-0654 for any questions. Have good day.
