With the gyms it depends on what you need. Rocky run ymca is an expensive choice, but has mostly everything. The Springfield health plex is the most expensive, but like rocky run offers lots of options. The LA Springfield is serviceable, typical corporate run gym, but it does have a pool & lots of classes. There is a new Retro fitness in Aston and on Macdade, and is much like LA fitness. The ridley sports club is older and geared towards more lifting, but also has classes and an indoor track. If you are looking for bare minimum, focus on cardio and the cheapest try the planet fitness in Aston, ridley or Clifton Heights

Rocky Run Y for a gym. I go to a female primary care Dr. Shes in Newtown Square - Dr Felecia Sumner. Like her a lot!
