JD Cook. 602-290-8538. His jobs line up pretty far in advance, but he's brilliant and affordable. He rebuilt an entire room that had mold in the kickboard and up the studs. Replaced sliding glass window with French doors. Affordable and completely trustworthy, right here in South Phoenix.
