I just loved to Glendale and decided to go short also! Someone recommended Shaima at 73-03 88 th Street, 718-896-6740. Have gone to her twice (and going back today at 4;30) and she has my color perfect!!! Said she mixed three colors to get it and it's absolutely perfect--I am 18 again. She is the only person there and her salon is so pretty.

You need someone trained in how to cut curly hair, as well as what products are beneficial and won't hamper your curls. I go to Self Salon in Brooklyn. I recommend Anya.
