No but go to citizens advice they will make him get repairs done .. If u go get quotes he probably no give them the job anyways ... My recommendation is Dp windows in Woodside they will cum give u quote but still think it's waste o time as he probably no going to get them .. No way has he exhausted all his options lol Wat a wank !!!! As for plumber u need someone with private landlord insurance good luck with that x
