The following are part of my Terms and Conditions for any shoot........1) All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of $75.00. This payment confirms the booking and your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. This is deducted from your package cost. 2) The remaining balance is to be paid in full at your sitting. 3) Copyright. It is agreed that the copyright on all images produced by Graeme Barrett Photography, remain the property of Graeme Barrett Photography unless a copyright purchase or licence to use agreement has been entered into. As such it is an infringement of Copyright law for any person(s) to copy the photographs, in any form. It is further understood that the term "Copy" includes any form of copying, such as photographic photocopying, photomechanical, video, computer scanning, or any other electronic or non-electronic means of image transfer. 4) Graeme Barrett Photography reserves the right to use any image exposed by its photographers, for the purpose of display, promotion, publication or photographic contests and exhibitions.
