Hi Nic, you probably haven't heard about Spectrum Therapy: it was originally designed for folk with PTSD - but can work with other severe and enduring problems or unwanted behaviours which have negative emotional drivers - but in a very very gentle and non-invasive way - which prevents any re-traumatisation.. It has already been used widely with ex-veterans / people in prison etc etc.....If you PM me, I can send you some more information about it, and if you let me know which part of the country you are in, I can let you know who is a practitioner in your area.
