I was trying t help you Claire but you equally you need to be careful what you post and Emily Greening you asked me to paint at your event too and you sadly did not advise us that you no longer needed our services and I lost a booking for which you apologised. I tried to be helpful hence why I shared the link for Applecheeks as her name was mentioned. I do remember you being really shocked when I advised you off our fee charges Claire Woodger, almost to the point you were in disbelief. This is my full time business and we have fantastic customers and following and this is due to a lot of hard work, a lot of expense for Public Liability Insurance, on going training to be at the top of our game, equipment costs, the list is endless. Face painting gets devalued all the time and yet is in an art form just like other arts, entertainers or profession. Lots of face painters are mum's and run their businesses as an extra income or for some extra pennies (again this is fine) hence why I pointed you into a different direction and tried to help you the best way I could. Your words to me Claire Woodger - were 'I won't be paying anybody. Hence why I was very alarmed when I saw your post. You need to may be go to private messaging when you are expressing your view to another person or be cautious in your response, so as not to offend as I was certainly offended as your comments were not strictly true and cut put others out there off and damage reputations.

Highly recommend a lady called Cheryl from a company called little gecko face painting. We had her for a family get together the day after our wedding last October. She was amazing even the adults had their faces or arms or ankles painted. try this linkwww.littlepartyheaven.co.uk or just type in little gecko face painting Gloucestershire. She's lovely to deal with and everyone will be amazed at what she can do if you do decide to use her just say I recommended you as may want to use her again for a charity thing i'm organising
