Dr Reinersmann is good but I don't think he pulls teeth anymore. He has been my dentist for 20 yrs and has told me several years ago he doesn't pull teeth because it hurts his back.

I think Dr. Reinersman retired, I haven't been able to get a hold of him. I'll try Dr. Dondenville and Dr. Nativi. Rich Bishop, I think my Dad would like your suggestion best!! Thanks too all.
