Brrrrr! Have woken to no central heating or hot water. The back boiler hasn't fired up, but the pilot light is on.!Can anyone recommend someone to come take a look?

It could be a few problems but I would say air is the most likely. The best thing to do is go to a radiator turn off both valves hold a tub under the bleed valve and open it up to make sure the valves have turned off fully. If they are new style radiators remove the 1/2” bleed plug and pop on one of these: https://www.screwfix.com/p/white-chrome-radiator-union-valve-tail-15 mm-2-pack/78169 with a hose connected onto it pop the hose outside open each valve separately until you stop hearing air come out. That way absolutely not a drop of water and will be sorted quickly if it is a air lock!
