Empire fitness centre at arundel is great. I don't live on the GC anymore but was a member of this gym for about 10 years and watched it grow. It is a large gym with a variety of classes available. Its members are all ages, shapes and sizes. The staff are great and there is child care available too. I also believe it was recently voted the BEST gym on the GC.
