I don't know about the dermatologist but I do believe Dr. Stanley Peters (ENT) can take care of the deviated septum....he took care of my tonsils, sinus surgery and also took care of my broken nose in April. He also took care of all of my son's tubes in his ears (all 7 sets till he grew out of his problem ears).
