Can a travel agent help someone find a low domestic airline ticket?
Sasquia S. replied:
where are you trying to go I can look up some flights for you? Cheaptickets.com, travelzoo.com, lastminute.com, they also say the best time to look up tickets or purchase tickets are at 2 a.m. so if you happen to be up at that time you can make use of your time and purchase a airline ticket! :-)
Brian S. replied:
Also check Southwest.com. Since they have a base here they often have really cheap rates to the cities they fly to. I use them almost invariably for my business travel.

Kayak.com is a great website to go to. I just got some killer deals for my parents, Frank, & I to go to Orlando in April using KAYAK. (Gotta see my daughter. :). Also the pros say that you'll find the best prices early Tuesday mornings. But always watch because I found our tickets on Friday & Saturday.
Betty C. replied:
I use kayak.com to find the best price out there and then go to the airline's website. Usually they will match what's there or be a bit cheaper. If you have flexibility, you can always you priceline.com and bid on a seat. It just takes a bunch of time. Also, if you buy your ticket through the airline's site, should your flight get cancelled or you have any problems, they are more helpful than if you buy off site.
My mom is a travel agent for Willamette international travel in Portland Oregon. But she has clients all over. Her name is Pam Davis, and the number is 1.800.821.0401. I know she'd be happy to help.
REASON #1 Why you need to register your business on www.culsire.com...when I need to give a referral or find a business I go to CulSire FIRST!
