I saw Dr. Berg at the Breastfeeding Clinic at the Misericordia (she also works at the Allin Clinic) and I found her very helpful. We had issues with latching, yeast infections and slow weight gain and I found her and her nurse very helpful. I got a referral to see her when were in the ICN at the Misericordia.

Boston Children's and Cincinatti Children's are both near you. They have an age cut off for admission to the hospital but the doctors are known to see adults for consults, etc. The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN is great too but a little further from home for you. Getting to see a K-T experience doctor sure seems like a good thing, especially with the start up of cellulitis. This is no small matter. Several of our K-T Companions are on preventative doses of antibiotics. My personal experience includes not getting fast enough attention to infection that then walked up my leg to a lymph node in my groin. It died fighting the good fight but scared the daylights out of me. After cellulitis, sepsis is a very real possibility so be very diligent. I bet your like most of us, we have learned to put up with much. I'm a little more reactive these days and unwilling to wait to see the doctor. Best to you and welcome.
