Dr Jini Mandapati is amazing - she is generally always on time for appointments, very reassuring and always listens to your concerns. It was $1800 for the pregnancy management fee plus costs for medical appointments. Worth every cent. It was easy to get an appointment with her and delivers at gosf private.

We used Dr Madapati also and she was amazing. Will definitely be going back to her when we decide to have baby #2 well worth every cent we spent!

I didn't use an obstetrician. I went through the public midwifery led unit at Wyong Hospital. You see the same midwife throughout. Mine was Helen, she was fab. Obs tend interfere medically a bit more vs midwives that tend to focus on natural births. Obviously totally depends on the midwife and ob though! I have heard really good things about the lady ob Jini Mandipati.

Dr Wood (delivers at Hornsby and SAN) costs $2800. He's been the best doctor. Empathic, kind, funny and never rushes you. Gives out his private mobile and actually encourages you to use it if you're ever worried. And SAN was absolutely wonderful. They've just done a huge renovation with the maternity ward so everything's modern and new.
