Hey Portland friends, I have a pal new to Portland who needs to get hooked up with a great chiropractor. Any clues? List them here.
Christine A. replied:
Sorry Chad, & pal, there are no great chiros, anywhere, but I personally recommend Oregon College of Oriental Medicine(OCOM). I have had acupuncture treatments & massage with OCOM for close to 5 years. Enough said. Check their site: http://ocom.edu/
Richard S. replied:
Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractors are the only way to go IMO and experience. In Portland http://chiropractors.healthprofs.com/cam/prof_results.php?city=Portland&state=OR&spec=2935 Look for the ones that have Sweat certified AOs. If it were not for Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractors Dr Cynthia Grosso, Dr John Cannon and especially Dr. Scot Rosa who is world renowned and is considered by all of his peers as one of the best on the planet I would not be ambulatory at all.
Richard S. replied:
Christine look into Dr Roy Sweat and the ground breaking proceedure he developed call Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic. It's unlike any other treatment.
Dr. Whitelaw & Dr. Walker at Millennium on Joyce are both great! Haven't been in a while, but if I ever need to go again, that's where I'd be. Good luck!

I go to Dr. Larry Weeks next to Jim's Razorback Pizza on highway 62. I've been going to him off and on since 2005. He is fantastic.
