Charleen Predmore, during my last oil change, they damaged some filter, & they had to go to Toyota to get me a new one & was there for 2 hours and minvan kept leaking oil. I had to bring it back to them twice before they fixed the problem. They were very nice about it but it was a hassle and thought they would have at least given me a free oil change or something for a few hours of my time.
