Tim Driscoll out of Calpine built and stained our deck stairs about seven years ago. Very nice job. We also used Kirack for gutters. Good job but you must be patient regarding initial installation or any post-installation fixes since they don't get over here that often. But they did follow through satisfactorily in the end. Our neighbor used the Beyer Leaf Guard people, and they were about twice as expensive as Kirack (we still get needles and they now don't). I could use a good recommendation for someone to seal our garage door (bottom and sides). Unhappy with service by both Truckee and Reno firms. They billed for trips without fixing problem.

I am not sure if you are talking wood or metal. If you are talking metal, many of the sellers on eBay include delivery and setup in California. They will provided stamped plans for permitting. I believe that the one that advertises at some local locations for engineered shed/garages also installs. J's Feather River Rental's has their number.
