Best Western is literally right across the street, but may be easier to just head straight to Granada with private driver. I have taken that flight and gone straight to Granada with no trouble (I use Julio Jaime: 505 8231 0384 / juliojaime14@yahoo.com He speaks English, always shows up on time, and will cost same as taxi). In Managua, the Camino Real is also nice and not too far from the airport
