Top King quoted $80/hr but was unable to offer a guess of how many hours it would take. He also wasn't sure if they had done a bug, he would have to ask. I sensed a general lack of enthusiasm for the work. I don't know who would sign up for a job without an estimate of how much it will cost either. NKC Auto Trim sounded confident and estimated $425. (I provide headliner). I was a bit surprised but they said they did one a few months ago. I have no way of knowing if that is true. Wagners deferred me to Turner's Upholstery. I know Turners and have the highest impression of them. They are supposed to call tomorrow with a quote. I would like to get a 3 rd quote before I make a decision. Any places I'm missing?

Thanks Ryan. I will call www.topking.com as soon as I get a chance. Do you know if they have done VW bugs before? I will ask but hope they don't just say they have. I don't want someone learning on my bug.

Can anyone recommend a window installation company? Looking for someone to install good quality thermal pane windows (Anderson, pella, etc). Thanks!

We had a great experience with A and A Millwork. A locally owned company and the owner Mark Aune is a great hard working guy.

We have really enjoyed working with Bob at Gladstone's. They install Marvin windows. He helped us cut 5 k off of a quote we got from Anderson Windows for our sun porch. We've gone back to them three additional times.
