My husband did a lot of repairs on our mobile home for our elderly landlords and he's a perfectionist at what he does. We also live in Joshua. Text me 817-807-8434 tell me what you need done and he can give you a reasonable quote at what it would cost for him to come do it for you. He's about to do work on another house our landlord has too so he's very good at projects.
