The hotel itself. Or hotels.com. i find more of a discount with AARP or AAA. COSTCO doesnt have much of a discount for hotels though their rental cars are better priced we only have Enterprise here in town so that your limited. Even packages with flights prices arent much better then booking alone. Some hotel chains offer 1 free night with 10 paid nights.
