The very first thing you should do is talk to a knowledgeable and experienced lender explain your situation to them and they will guide through the process, and suggest different types of programs best suited for you, we as Realtors can assist you in finding you the best suitable property that fits your needs budget, and life style, but unfortunately when it comes to finding out what loan programs works best for you, it’s best to consult a qualified lender, my go to lender is Ryan Boody with Land-Home Financial he has been able to help many of my clients with unique situations give him a call tomorrow, when you do hire a realtor make sure they have experience that’s very important, also check their sales record make sure they are selling houses, and last but not least that they are full time, you will be surprised how many out there do this on the side, in today ever changing market, you need someone who is ready, and available to show you houses soon as they hit the market. I wish you the very best on your home buying process.
