I am currently looking for a good pediatrician for my boys! We have always went to cedar knoll but the last three times they've been sick we haven't been able to be...
Jessica S. replied:
We do Ashland Childrens Clinic!
Hannah T. replied:
I did take Hudson to Dr. Khanna for a bit. I liked him, but it took 3 appts for him to notice Hudson had a broken collar bone, and he had a sacral dimple I didn't know about until he was 3 months old. I guess they aren't perfect, but Maria saw the dimple right off!
Heather M. replied:
When we lived there we took Gabe to Dr. Ng. She is wonderful. Listens to you and they always got me in if Gabe was sick. I really wish she could have moved with us:)
Sarah E. replied:
We had the same issues at KYOVA. We just switched to Dr. Khanna in Ashland. VERY pleased with our decision.
Steve M. replied:
Try Dr. Cook at Tri State Pediatrics.
Anita L. replied:
Dr. Khanna was Tiffany and Kristy's pediatrician.
Katelyn C. replied:
We take Kendall to Dr. Khanna! We absolutely love him! We started out at cedar knoll and hated it there. We immediately switched and have been with dr. Khanna since! All his staff is wonderful too. I really couldn't say enough nice things about that office!
Teresa S. replied:
Dr. Khanna, you can tell right off that he truly cares for kids, he will even go to his office after hours to take care of them, lives close and gives you his personal phone number
Jeanie S. replied:
Dr. Cook's office gives antibiotics if she thinks you're going I be sick. Chad does sound and is present at the Pediatrics Update Conference at OLBH every year and the big topic of conversation is TOO many antibiotics. We use Marshall's University Peds and love them! We normally see Dr. Jessie Shields. The girls love her.
Rachel H. replied:
We go to Jason Ford art Bellefonte Pediatrics in Ashland.
Nikki J. replied:
We absolutely love Dr. Siddiqi in Huntington. He was my dr as a kid and I know Janie took Meg and Blake there. He is incredibly kind and gentle and doctors very conservatively. Many times we've been told to wait it out bc it was viral--and he was rig ht. He has definitely earned my trust. I can call and ask questions anytime and they have always worked us in. I know this is a big decision and I hope you find a good for your family.
Nobalea R. replied:
Dr. Ford
Heather M. replied:
Dr. Ng is Ohio, just over the ricer from Ashland. Coal grove I believe.
Tracy M. replied:
Tiffany--not sure if you ever saw Stacy Dobson, APRN when was at Cedar Knoll Pediatrics but she has now joined with our new office (PrimaryPlus-Ashland). That is who I plan to take our little one too. Our new office is located in the Ashland-Boyd County Health Department 606-324-0128. Our website is www.primaryplus.net or you can like us on FB at www.facebook.com/PrimaryPlus2 . Stacy is a doll!
Jessica F. replied:
My boys see Dr. Khanna in Ashland. We love him!
Brandy T. replied:
Dr. Siddiqi is the best
Trish B. replied:
I'll bite my tongue on TriState Peds. Unless you don't mind for your children to be airlifted for stomach viruses? We loved Dr Siddiqi but he stopped taking our insurance. We've had good luck with Dr Maynard at the KDMC clinic in Grayson. He has been really thorough with Macy and super precautious.
April F. replied:
Dr Stephens at Ashland children's is ammmmazing!!
Kayla J. replied:
Dr Ng
Bernice A. replied:
I took my kids to Dr. Khanna and Jessica takes her boys there! I worked a lot with him at the hospital. Love him!!
Jessica B. replied:
Dr. Kelli Brown and her NP Alissa Parker are amazing. They always get us in right away and they're great with the kids. The nurse is really sweet and the receptionist is so personable! I've never been to a better doctors office. They're in Russel behind Bridges Church.:)
Katie W. replied:
Go to Marshall Pediatrics' at Cabell. Dr. lambros is who Bentley goes to, but they are all great!
Can anyone recomend a good pediatrician close to Grayson?
Kayla M. replied:

Kayla M. replied:
I like Dr.Belcher at Cedar Knoll PEDs....
Sarah E. replied:
Dr. Belcher!!!!
Kayla M. replied:
But I have nothing negative to say about any of the staff down there so far! Dr. Belcher was the one we seen when Kennedi had RSV..the other visits were just well-baby visits..but they have all been excellent! Nurses included!
Johnna A. replied:
Izzy's ped is moving on to bigger and better things and will no longer be seeing her patients so i need to find her a new one....ive heard good things about Cedar Knoll PEDS so i may call them up
Kim F. replied:
Christina Shepard is good, & also Dr. Belcher...we have seen both, (well all of them there!) & they are all good!
Johnna A. replied:
Thanks ladies, already called and got her set up with Dr. Belcher!
It's looking as though switching from our beloved pediatrician is in our future ;( I feel so bad about it....but I think we need another opinion. I have a doctor in...
Ashley Y. replied:
We see Dr. Jason Ford at Bellefonte pediatrics beside of jolly pirate, he has always been so wonderful with us and with have 2 special needs kids it can be hard, he is always very cautious and he is very knowledgable.
Vanessa I. replied:
We really like Dr. Jessie Shields at University Pediatrics at Cabell Huntington.:) She is really sweet and never thinks I am crazy with all my questions! lol
